IVANA SAJKO is Croatian writer, dramaturg and director living in Berlin. She was co-founder of theatre group BAD co. and member of editorial board of performing arts magazine Frakcija. She performs and directs her own texts experimenting with interdisciplinary approaches to the problems of drama writing and performing. She won several prizes for playwrighting and literature, and received the medal Chevalier de l'ordre des Arts et Lettres. Her books include collections of plays: Executed Faces (Smaknuta lica, 2001), Woman-bomb (Žena bomba, 2004), Trilogy on Disobedience (Trilogija o neposluhu, 2012), novels: Rio bar (2005), History of my family from 1941 till 1941, and beyond (Povijest moje obitelji od 1941 do 1991, i nakon, 2009), Love Novel (Ljubavni roman, 2015) and a theory book Towards the Madness (and Revolution) (Prema ludilu (i revoluciji)), 2006).
